Publishing

Publishing rules

These apply only to notes a person has explicitly published as a link. Private notes and spaces are never reviewed.

What may not be published

  • child sexual abuse material and child exploitation;
  • threats, incitement to violence, and instructions for causing harm;
  • intimate material shared without the consent of the person shown;
  • personal data used to harass, blackmail, or dox someone;
  • fraud, malware, and links designed to steal data;
  • material that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Discussing difficult topics, research, criticism, and fiction are not violations on their own — context is taken into account when reviewing.

Review and removal

A moderator may hide a publication that breaks these rules and must state a reason. The author sees a red mark and the reason in the publish dialog. The original local note is not deleted, and the moderator gets no access to the space.

Reports and appeals

A working contact address for reports will appear here before public launch. Until then, publishing stays closed and access is invite-only.
